Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased through the Vetoai Platform and is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
1. No Refund for Trial or Paid Periods
Per our existing terms, subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, except in limited circumstances as required by applicable law.
2. Exceptional Request Handling
If you believe you were charged in error or encountered a critical technical issue, you may request a refund within 14 days of the charge by contacting contactus@vetoai.ai. If approved, we will process the refund within 30 business days to your original payment method.
3. No Prorated Refunds
Refunds are not due for partial billing periods, and we reserve the right not to offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
