1.2 We operate a cloud-based legal Artificial Intelligence solution available via our websites (our “Websites”) including at https://www.vetoai.ai/ as well as other products and services that we make available (the “Service”).

1.3 This privacy policy applies to the Service. 1.4 Before accessing or using the Service, please ensure that you have read and understood our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this privacy policy. By accessing or using the Service, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this privacy policy.

2.1 Information You Give to Us

User account information: We require everyone with access to our Services to have an account with us. When you or your employer creates an account for you to use the service, we collect personal data including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, role, language preferences and account credentials.

Communication information: When you contact us for customer support, feedback, or inquiries, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any other information you provide us with to assist you or resolve your issue. We may monitor and record phone conversations or email communications between you and our employees for training and quality assurance purposes. We may receive a confirmation when you open or click on content in an email from us, which helps us make our communications to you more useful and interesting.

Social media information: We have accounts on social media sites like LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and X (“Social Media”). When you interact with our Social Media, we will collect personal data that you elect to provide to us, such as your contact details and third parties that host our Social Media may provide us with aggregate information and analytics regarding your use of our Social Media. 

2.2 Information that we collect automatically

We collect your personal data indirectly, including through automated means from your computer or device. This information includes:

Log Data: Information that your browser or device automatically sends when you use our Services or access our website. Log data includes your Internet Protocol Address (“IP Address”), browser information, the date and time of your request, and how you otherwise use certain features or interact with us (collectively “Log Data”).

Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies, scripts, or similar technologies (collectively “Cookies and Similar Technologies”) to manage the Services and to collect information about you and your use of the Services. We also collect publicly available information about Subscribers and prospects, including name, email address, phone number and other contact details.

We will not use the files and documents that you upload on the service to train our models or improve our services.

In certain circumstances, we may share your Personal Information with third parties without further notice to you, unless legally required, including without limitation in the situations below:

4.1 We may share your personal data with other entities within the A G Group of Companies corporate group (our “affiliates”). Our affiliates will only use the personal data we share with them in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.

4.2 Vendors and Service Providers: To assist us in meeting business operations needs and to perform certain services and functions, we may share your personal data with vendors and service providers, including providers of hosting services, cloud service providers, and other information technology services providers, event management services, email communication software and email newsletter services, advertising and marketing services, and web analytics services. Pursuant to our instructions, these parties will access, process, or store personal data in the course of performing their duties to us.

4.3 Third-party Websites and Services. Our Services may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by us, including social media services (“third-party sites”). The information that you share with third-party sites will be governed by the specific privacy policies and terms of service of the third-party sites and not by this Privacy Policy. By providing these links we do not imply that we endorse or have reviewed these sites. Please contact the third-party sites directly for information on their privacy practices and policies.

4.4 Other users: When you are using the collaboration features within our service, certain actions you take may be visible to other users of our services.

4.5 Plug-Ins. When you are using third party applications and choose to connect your account on our service with such external third-party applications (for example to use our Microsoft Word plug-in) the providers of those services or products may receive information about you from us or others. Please be aware that when you use third-party sites or services, their own terms and privacy policies will govern your use of those sites or services. Please contact the supplier of such applications directly for information on their privacy practices and policies.

4.6 Business changes: If we are involved in strategic transactions, (such as sale, merger, reorganizations, liquidation, or transition of service to another provider), your personal data and other information may be shared in the diligence process with counterparties and others assisting with the transaction and transferred to a successor or affiliate as part of that transaction along with other assets.

4.7. These safeguards and security measures relate to our personnel, facilities, hardware and software, networks, access controls, monitoring and logging, vulnerability and breach detection, incident response, and encrypted data transfers and storage.

However, a certain degree of security risk remains inherent in all internet and information technologies, and we therefore can never fully guarantee the security of your Personal Information. As part of our security program, we have implemented security controls pertaining to our response, investigation, and remediation of data security incidents. 7. Minors Data

Our websites and services are not directed to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18. 8.1 Right of access and portability: The right to obtain access to your personal information along with certain information, and to receive that personal information in a commonly used format and to have it ported to another data controller.

8.2 Right to rectification: The right to obtain rectification of your personal information without undue delay where that personal information is inaccurate or incomplete.

8.3 Right to erasure: The right to obtain the erasure of your personal information without undue delay in certain circumstances, such as where the personal information is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or processed.

8.4 Right to withdraw your consent: The right to withdraw your consent at any time, if we collected and processed your personal data with your consent. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal data conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

8.5 Right to object: The right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal information, and to object to the processing of your personal information for direct marketing purposes, to the extent it is related to such direct marketing.
