Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy applies to all users of the Vetoai Platform and is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
1. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your user profile under Plans > cancel subscription or by contacting contactus@vetoai.ai.
2. Effective Date
2.1 Cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
2.2 You will retain access to paid features until the billing cycle ends.
3. Free Trial
If you cancel during the 3-day free trial, you will not be charged, and your access will end after free trial period.
4. No Mid-Cycle Refunds
Cancelling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the remainder of the billing cycle. Please see our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
5. Account Termination
5.1 Once cancelled, your account will be restricted to view-only access for existing data, and you will no longer be able to perform any feature-related tasks.
5.2 Data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Changes
Vetoai reserves the right to update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
